Project Description

Using pre-collected data items from a range of sources and the clients style guide, ASDF Research produced a designed a 4 page health tracker for use in the Municipal Health Profile. This involved designing infographic icons from scratch, creation of tracking charts and descriptive text.

This health tracker can be seen on pages 4-6 in the Municipal Profile 2016.

ASDF Research also helped develop a summary section for the Municipal Health Profile (page 18), outlining the key items, how they are impacting on Moonee Valley and what can be done to address these.
