ASDF Research conducted workshops with key staff within Nillumbik Shire Council, and from this developed a framework for their community profile which integrated information relevant across the organisation, structured in a way that linked to Council’s planning documents.

We then brought together over 20 data sources to develop the community profile document in line with its framework. This include Census data, publicly available data (see resources page) and data requests through Council staff (GIS, infrastructure etc). In addition, we put together a set of pages for Council’s intranet so that staff could easily explore data sources.
