Project Description

For this project ASDF Research teamed up with Market Solutions and Akerstream Market and Social Research to audit the digital capacity of planning departments in Victorian Local Councils.

This included:

  • Online briefings for Council staff.
  • Development and distribution of an online form to collect benchmarking information about digital capacity and capabilities.
  • Follow-up phone calls with those who had not completed their form.
  • 100% response rate (all Victorian Councils).
  • Summary report with recommendations.
