Provided 2 x 1 hour training sessions for a staff member on use of the online survey software package Limesurvey.

This included utilization of the zoom.us system for screen-sharing so that training could be conducted remotely. A training package was tailored to the needs of the student, and included delivery of a PowerPoint guide (designed in-house), helpful scripts document and addressing particular questions one-on-one.
