This used to be provided through a knowyourcouncil website, however in early 2023 this was discontinued and replaces with a data download.

The data download is available here: https://www.localgovernment.vic.gov.au/strengthening-councils/performance-reporting

It includes data for 2017-current for all Councils and measures.
